Shafer(Keller Board Appointee), Marjorie Lewis(Grapevine Board Appointee), Sayeda Syed (Colleyville Board
Appointee), Kara Clubb (Southlake Board Appointee), Councilmember Shahid Shafi (Southiake),
Absent: Councilmember Tammy Nakamura(Col leyville),Councilmember Darlene Freed(Grapevine)
REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to order at 6:10 p.m. by Kara Clubb
REPORTS:
2. Administrative Comments (Staff):
A presentation was given by Kristin White regarding referral information,types and numbers of violations, failures to
complete.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approval of Minutes from June 4, 2018
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Chris Henz, Second by Marjorie Lewis_ Unanimous approval by remaining
board members.
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Consider: Meeting Dates for FY 2015
Motion to approve the meeting dates was made by Marjorie Lewis, Second by Dr. Shaft. Unanimous approval by
remaining board members.
5. Update: Changes to Discipline Grid
Staff reviewed the changes that the Municipal Court Judges made to the discipline grid at the Summer judges meeting.
6. Update: Fall Teen Attorney Training and Dates to Remember
The upcoming important teen court dates were reviewed.
7. Public Forum
There was no public present at this time.
8. Meeting Adjourned at 6:16 p.m.
Motion by Dara Clubb, Second by Crystal Shafer.
Next meeting was scheduled for 5:45 p.m on Monday, November 12, 2018.
