Procedure to Respond:
As (a Property Owner within 200 feet of the subject tract) or (an interested citizen), I
(approve) (protest) and/or (have the following comments)
_ Airport staff has reviewed the proposed zoning change in zoning case
#CU01-21 and finds that the proposed use is compatible with airport and aviation
activities.
Given the location of the project, we would highly recommend that the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) be given an opportunity to review the
propose zoning c anges. so, i this zoning change -is grante , the applicant
should be advised of their obligation under Federal Aviation Regulation to
notify the FAA of their intent and to seek a FAA airspace review.
