1. Consider Resolution No. 4B 2018-002 approving the Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget and take any necessary
action.
2. Consider the minutes of the April 17, 2018 Grapevine 4B Economic Development
Corporation Board meeting and take any necessary action.

met in Special Session on this the 18th day of September, 2018 in the City Council
Chambers, Second Floor, 200 South Main Street, with the following members present:
William D. Tate President
Sharron Rogers Board Member
Chris Coy Board Member
Matt Carnes Board Member
Alan Kunst Board Member
Lavon Light Board Member
constituting a quorum, with Board Member Darlene Freed being absent, with the following
members of the City Staff:

CALL TO ORDER
President Tate called the meeting to order at 7:22 p.m.
Item 1 . Consider Resolution No. 4113 2018-002 approving the Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget and take any necessary action.
A presentation was not made on this item.
Motion was made to approve Resolution No. 4B 2018-002 approving the Grapevine 4B
Economic Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget.

RESOLUTION NO. 4B 2018-002
A RESOLUTION OF THE GRAPEVINE 4B ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, ADOPTING AND PROPOSING A
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
2018 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2019-1 PROVIDING FOR
INVESTMENT OF CERTAIN FUNDS AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
Item 2. Consider the minutes of the April 17, 2018 Grapevine 4B Economic Development
Corporation Board meeting.
