Iivixig Word Lutheran Church (LWLC) respectfully protests the application for a
permit to allow for the development of a gasoline station at 338 South Park
Boulevard (Tom Thumb). The basis for the protest is concern that a gasoline
station on the subject premises would cause environmental issues, traffic
congestion, and may conflict with that certain "Declaration of Access and
Parking Rights" dated June 30, 1988 respecting the subject property, and of
which LWLC is the beneficiary.
LWLC looks forward to receiving specific information concerning the nature and
_location of the proposed gasoline station, and discussing this matter with the
City and landowner.
