Box 95104 Grapevine, Texas 76099 As a property owner within 200 feet of the subject tract, I protest and have the following comments: _ The two lots, 705 N. Main and 621 N. Main make up a 1.25 acre island with multifamily dwellings to the South and West, Cross Timbers Winery (and the future site of Dove Rd.) To the North, and a large housing addition to the East. In my opinion, historic designation of 705 N. Main decreases the value of my property (621 N. Main) because it restricts the potential use of the acreage when viewed as a whole (705 and 621 N. Main together). In my opinion this will diminish the number of potential buyers that may be interested in my property or both lots together. I view the proposed historic designation as restrictive, and believe it will have a negative impact on the future value of 621 N. Main. Thank You, W�-� Aaron M.
