Airport staff has reviewed the proposed re uest to rezone 13.54 acres from
"LI" Light Industrial District to "cc" community commercial District for a
proposed medical office/professional office and retail development and finds
that the new designation is compatible with Airport and aviation activities.
We would like to point out that the exhibit map for Z02-01 incorrectly denotes
the property owner's tract extending across the Airport's property line. Such
is not the case and the exhibit requires revision prior to the "Public Hearing".
Also given the location of the project, we would highly recommend that the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) be given an opportunity to review the
propose use. so, t e app
