College Comments: Grapevine, Texas Re: [ Max whatever property] Comments: We are generally pleased with the proposed changes for Westwood Center, the building fronting Main Street south of College Street; however, we would like to comment on our major area of concern which is parking. While we are very interested in white table cloth restaurants and upscale shopping opportunities being added to downtown Grapevine, we also want to maintain the essential characteristics of our historic neighborhood. Those characteristics are among the things that attracts visitors to Grapevine and our Bed and Breakfast. We believe that parking is a major issue for the proposed building. How many additional parking places will be required to support this property? If additional parking is required where is the additional parking proposed to be located? We are very concerned that the street in front of our house not become a no parking zone.
