RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to withdraw zone change application Z18-06 and take any other
necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Zone change application Z18-06 was submitted by M.J.Wright and Associates for property
addressed as 312 West Wall Street, to rezone 0.264 acres from "HC" Highway
Commercial District to "R-5.0" Zero-Lot-Line District for the development of one single
family detached residential lot. The applicant was informed by the property owner to
terminate the zone change request.
