BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Zone change application Z18-06 was submitted by M.J.Wright and Associates for property addressed as 312 West Wall Street, to rezone 0.264 acres from "HC" Highway Commercial District to "R-5.0" Zero-Lot-Line District for the development of one single family detached residential lot.
