DATE: AUGUST 15, 2000
The Department of Development Services has received a letter of protest from J.A.
Green, Inc. J.A. Green owns the property where the proposed telecommunications use
is being requested. They do constitute an excess of 20% of the surrounding property.
Therefore, a % vote is required in order to approve this request.
