Airport staff has reviewed the proposed zoning change and proposed plat,
File #: CU00-41 & Z00-13 JA Green Trade Park West, and finds that the
proposed use is compatible withairportand aviation activities.
Given the location -of the project, we would highly recommend that the Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) be given an opportunity to review the proposed
changes and plat. Also, if these changes and plat are approved, the applicant
should be advised of their obligation under Federal Aviation Regulation to
notify the FAA of their intent and to seek a FAA airspace review.
