Airport staff has reviewed the proposed zoning application case #CU00-64 requesting a
Conditional Use Permit to amend the previously approved site plan for an automobile
dealership and finds that the proposed change is compatible with airport and aviation
activities.
Given the location of the project, we would highly recommend that the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) be given an opportunity to review the proposed change. Also, if
this change is granted, the applicant should be advised of their obligation under Federal
Aviation Regulation to notify the FAA of their intent and to seek a FAA airspace review.
