Airport staff has reviewed the proposed zoning application case # CUOO-65 and finds that
the proposed use is compatible with airport and aviation actM-ties.
Given the location of the InoJeC� we would highly recommend that the Fedcral Aviation
Administration (FAA) be given an opportunity to review the proposed 7Oz�ing changes.
Also; the applicant should be advised of their obligation under Federal Aviation
Regulations to notify the FAA of 111eir intent and to seek a PAA airspace review for
improvements constricted adjacent to an operating runway_
