BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At the r 19th meeting, one of the cases involved a par i I that could
potentially II the tr cti of a parking lot that would have encroached into the
College Street Historic District. This would have i II more intensive use that
would reach into O i n of the i trio with a more residential r r O , the
large i lot would have consumed I of green c n the historic
property, significantly altering the nature neighborhood. r l Council members
expressed t deal of concern about this impact.
Because of the potential for future c s s where parking let construction/expansion c !
