The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 3rd day of April 2019, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200 South
Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to -
wit:
Larry Oliver
Darlene Freed
Chairman
Member
Constituting a quorum with Scott Williams absent and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh Development Services Assistant Director
Albert Triplett Jr. Planner II
Susan Batte Planning Technician
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Oliver called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU19-07 — LOWEN HOSPITALITY
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU19-07 for
property located at 1820 Enchanted Way and platted as Lot 5, Block 2, Genesis
Addition. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to amend the
previously approved site plan of CU06-05 (Ord. 2006-20) to establish a planned office
center, specifically for the addition two carport structures on 12 parking spaces.
After a brief discussion regarding changeable copy, Darlene Freed to approve
conditional use application CU19-07. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which
prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Freed
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
March 6, 2019 minutes.
The March 6, 2019 Site Plan Review Committee minutes were tabled to the May 8,
2019 Committee meeting.

With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 1:40 p.m.
