SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION 13® 1, RIVERWOODS
MEMORY CARE AND BEAR CREEK LODGE ASSISTED LIVING
RECOMMENDATION:
to recommends the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to table conditional use application CU13-01 tote April 16, 2013
meeting and take any other necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The applicant, Mr. Robert Johnson has submitted a conditional use application to amend a
previously approved site plan for a planned office center, specifically to allow the
development of a 19,304 square foot, 60 bed memory care center and a 40,250 square
foot 48 bed, assisted living facility. The applicant is asking to table the request t o t he
April 16, 2013 meeting in order to make some changes to the site plan prior to the public
hearing. Please see the attached letter.
