SUBJECT: REIMBURSEMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE PRELIMINARY
DESIGN AND LAND PREPARATION COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
RECOMMENDATION:
Consider a reimbursement resolution expressing intent to finance expenditures to be
incurred relative to the preliminary design and land preparation costs associated with the
construction of a Public Safety Building.
BACKGROUND:
This resolution allows for the reimbursement of expenses for preliminary design and
Ian d preparation costs associated with the construction of a Public Safety Building.

EXPENDITURES TO BE INCURRED AND PROVIDING
EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, the City of vi 4 Texas ( "City") is a political subdivision the
State of Texas authorized to finance its activities by issuing li do s;
WHEREAS, the it will make, or has made not more than 60 days prior to the date
hereof, payments it respect o the reli in design land preparation costs
associated i construction of to lic Safety Building; n
the City has concluded it does not currently desire to issue
obligations to fi nc is associated with r li i design n land
preparation-, and
the r desires to reimburse itself for the costs associated with
preliminary dsi land preparation from the proceeds of obligations issued
subsequent to the date hereof; and
the City reasonably ex cs to issue obligations to reimburse itself for
the costs associated with the preliminary design and land r r do .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ! CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, T
Section 1. That the City reasonably cts to reimburse itself for costs that have
been or will be paid subsequent to the date that is 60 days prior tote date hereof that
are to be paid in connection it h the preliminary ds i n and land re r i n associated
with the construction of e Public Safety Building from the rocs ds of obligations to be
issued subsequent to hereof.
Section 2. That the i reasonably expects xi mum principal amount of
obligations, issu c costs and the costs incurred to reimburse the i for the costs
associated i th the preliminary desi n and land preparation will ,
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from r the t of its
passage.
