CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU19-08 THE PIT
Staff recommends the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to withdraw conditional use application CU19-08 as well as the
preliminary and final plat of Lot 1, Block 1, Grapevine Soccer Complex, and take any other
necessary action.
BACKGROUND:
Conditional Use application CU19-08 is a request to allow for the development of a soccer
field complex with stadium lighting on approximately 18.929 acres. The applicant on behalf
of the property owner has decided to withdraw the request. See the attached letter.

To whom it may concern:
It is will much regret that I an writing this letter to withdraw the application by Holtman
Designworks, Inc, referred to as CU 19-08 as well as the Preliminary plat and final plat approval
that was to be presented at the joint public hearing on May 21, 2019. The City staff have been
wonderful in helping us navigate the process but unfortunately the land contract has been
terminated.
Therefore Please withdraw the application and thank you for the consideration.
