BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Conditional use applications CU10-10 and CU10-11 are requests for two new restaurant concepts on the Epicenter property on South Main Street where Bob's Steak and Chophouse and Fireside Pies are currently located. The applicant is requesting to table both applications until the June 15, 2010 meeting in order to make some improvements to both restaurant designs. See the attached letter.
