CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board and will be enacted with
one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event
the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

4. Action: Appoint Teen Court Advisory Board chair for FY2019

complete.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approval of Minutes from September 10, 2018
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Marjorie Lewis, Second by Chris Henz. Unanimous approval by remaining
board members.
REGULAR AGENDA:
. Action: Appoint Teen court Advisory Board Chair for FY19
Motion to appoint Mara Clubb as Advisory Board Chair was rade by Tammy Nakamura,, Second by Crystal Shafer.
Unanimous approval by remaining board members.

. Discussion: scholarship Application and Requirements for 2019
Discussion of scholarship eligibility with regard to community service hours required.A motion to charge the start date
to obtain the required 50 Fours of community service performed with l ietrop rt Teen Court from dune I to.January 1
was made by Kara Clubb, Second by Marjorie LeWs. Unanimous approval by remaining board members.
6. Update: Dates to Remember
The upcoming important teen court dates were reviewed.
7. Public Forum
There was no public present at this time.
