1. Review the City's overall financial policies.

CITY OF GRAPEVINE
The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas did not conduct a Workshop on this the
30th day of May, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council Conference Room, Second Floor,
200 South Main Street, as there was not a quorum of the City Council present to wit:
William D. Tate Mayor
Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tern
Sharron Spencer Council Member
Clydene Johnson Council Member
not constituting a quorum, with Council Members C. Shane Wilbanks, Roy Stewart and
Darlene Freed absent with the following members of the City Staff:
Bruno Rumbelow City Manager
Jennifer Hibbs Assistant City Manager
H. T. Hardy Assistant City Manager
Bill Gaither Administrative Services Director
Gary Livingston Budget Manager
The consensus was that the workshop would be rescheduled to Monday, June 4, 2007.
There was no formal action taken by the City Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS on this the 3rd day of July, 2007.
