SUBJECT: CU12-16 - SIDE STREET WINERY AND BODEGA
422 SOUTH BARTON STREET
On May 15 2012, this case was recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning
Commission without the proposed outdoor seating, but was denied by City Council.
Following the meeting, the applicant, Olivia Sullivan spoke with several Council
Members, stating that their proposed hours of 11:00 am to 9:00 pm were not critical,
and they would be more than happy to close at 5:30 pm.
Based on the applicant's willingness to revise the hours of operation, Council Member
Chris Coy spoke with the Development Services Director, and asked that the case be
brought back before Council for reconsideration. Should Council wish to reconsider this
case, it will be placed on the next available agenda.
