1 . Consider Resolution No. 4113 2019-001 approving the Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget and take any necessary
action.
2. Consider the minutes of the September 18, 2018 Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Board meeting and take any necessary action.

The Grapevine 4B Economic Development Corporation of the City of Grapevine, Texas
met in Special Session on this the 17th day of September, 2019 in the City Council
Chambers, Second Floor, 200 South Main Street, with the following members present:
William D. Tate President
Sharron Rogers Board Member
Darlene Freed Board Member
Chris Coy Board Member
Lavon Light Board Member
constituting a quorum, with Board Member Matt Carnes being absent, with the following
members of the City Staff:

Greg Jordan Board Treasurer
CALL TO ORDER
President Tate called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.
Item 1 . Consider Resolution No. 4113 2019-001 approving the Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget and take any necessary action.
Chief Financial Officer Greg Jordan presented this item to the Board.
Motion was made to approve Resolution No. 4B 2019-001 approving the Grapevine 4B
Economic Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget.

Nays: None

RESOLUTION NO. 4B 2019-001
A RESOLUTION OF THE GRAPEVINE 4B ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, ADOPTING AND PROPOSING A
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
2019 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2020-1 PROVIDING FOR
INVESTMENT OF CERTAIN FUNDS AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
Item 2. Consider the minutes of the September 18 2018 Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Board meeting.
Motion was made to approve the minutes as provided.
