Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget and take any
necessary action.
2. Consider the minutes of the September 3, 2019 Board meeting and take any
necessary action.

The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the City of Grapevine, Texas met on
this the 17th day of September, 2019 in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, 200
South Main Street, with the following Board members present:

constituting a quorum, and the following members of the City Staff:

CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Officer Tate called the meeting to order at 7:22 p.m.
Item 1 . Consider Resolution No. CCPD 2019-001 approving the City of Grapevine Crime
Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget and take any necessary
action.
Chief Financial Officer Greg Jordan presented this item to the Board.
Motion was made to approve Resolution No. CCPD 2019-001 approving the City of
Grapevine Crime Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget.

Nays: None

RESOLUTION NO. CCPD 2019-001
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION
DISTRICT ADOPTING AND PROPOSING A BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1 , 2019 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2020; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
Item 2. Consider the minutes of the September 3, 2019 meeting and take any necessary
action.
Motion was made to approve the minutes from the September 3, 2019 Board meeting.
