GRAPEVINE 4B ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The Grapevine 4B Economic Development Corporation of the City of Grapevine, Texas met
in Workshop on this the 1st day of May, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Conference
Room, Second Floor, 200 South Main Street, with the following members present to-wit:

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Tate called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.
ITEM 1. REVIEW PROPOSED MASTER AGREEMENT, FORT WORTH
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
City Manager Bruno Rumbelow stated the Grapevine 4B Economic Development
Corporation would meet jointly with the City Council to review the proposed Master
Agreement with the Fort Worth Transportation Authority. Mr. Rumbelow highlighted the
major points of the T Interlocal Agreement. He stated that the attorneys are continuing to
work together on finalizing the agreement to the satisfaction of the City and the Fort Worth
Transportation Authority.
There was no formal action taken by the Grapevine 4B Economic Development
Corporation.
ADJOURNMENT
Board Member Wilbanks, seconded by Board Member Freed, offered a motion to adjourn
the workshop at 7:40 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:

Ayes: Tate, Spencer, Wilbanks, Freed, Reyher, Honeycutt & Carnes
Nays: None
