EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Tate announced that the City Council and Grapevine 4B Economic Development Corporation Board had conducted a closed session regarding: (A) real property relative to property acquisition regarding the commuter rail pursuant to Section 551.072, Texas Government Code, and Upon the 4B Economic Development Corporation Board reconvening in open session in the Council Chambers, Mayor Tate asked if there was any action necessary relative to the� closed session. City Manager Bruno Rumbelow requested authorization relative to Item (A) real property to purchase 815 South Main Street for $2,747,000.00 and other associated costs not to exceed $3.2 million pursuant to Section 551.072, Texas Government Code. Board Member Reyher, seconded by Board Member Carnes, offered a motion to authorize the purchase 815 South Main Street for$2,747,000.00 and other associated costs not to exceed $3.2 million. The motion prevailed by the following vote: 06/16/09 .
