SUBJECT: ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION Z12-01, WEST WALL STREET
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission table zone
change application Z12-01 to the June 19, 2012 meeting and take any other necessary
action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
A zone change application was submitted by Shamrock Ventures Property Development,
Inc. for property located at 1331 West Wall Street. It is the applicant's intent to rezone
approximately .8 acres from "PO" Professional Office District to "R-7.5" Single Family
District for the development of two residential lots. The applicant is requesting that the
zone change application be tabled to the June 19, 2012 meeting in order to make some
minor changes to the proposal. See the attached letter.
