A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 38TH YEAR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
PROJECT CONTRACTOR AND CONTRACT PRICE AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine City Council is approving the hiring of
McClendon Construction Co., Inc. as the low bidder for the Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) 38th Year Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine is approving the bid amount of $225,472.30
submitted by McClendon Construction Co., Inc. for the 38th Year CDBG Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine accepts the construction time on the project
will be 90 calendar days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas approves the
terms as set forth above concerning the CDBG 38th Year Project to be submitted to the
Tarrant County Community Development Division for approval by the Tarrant County
Commissioner's Court
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 2nd day of April, 2013.
