Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Committee Secretary. A member of the public may address the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chairperson or upon the consent of the Committee. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments. NEW BUSINESS 2. Oath of Office for new and returning committee members. 3. Consider the minutes of the June 5, 2019 Animal Shelter Advisory Committee meeting. 4 Review of shelter statistics for the quarter. 5. Shelter operations related to construction and construction timeline/updates. 6. Select meeting dates for 2020. Larry Hallmark Joy Mayo Sherri Olsen Corey Price Nancy Snyder Kristina Valentine Member, Veterinarian Chair, Grapevine Police Department Member, Grapevine Citizen Member, Grapevine Citizen Member, Animal Welfare Representative Member, Grapevine Citizen Member, Grapevine Animal Services constituting a quorum, and the following liaison present: Duff O'Dell, Grapevine City Council CALL TO ORDER Larry Hallmark called the meeting to order at 1:45 p.m. ITEM 1. CITIZEN COMMENTS No citizen comments submitted. ITEM 2. OATH OF OFFICE Chief Mike Hamlin, Grapevine Police Chief, issued oath of office to Tannetje' Crocker, Sherri Olsen, Corey Price, and Kristina Valentine. ITEM 3. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES The Committee was provided a copy of the June 5th, 2019 meeting minutes. Tannetje' Crocker made a motion to approve the minutes, and Joy Mayo seconded. Motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Crocker, Hallmark, Mayo, Olsen, Price, Snyder, Valentine Nays: None ITEM 4.
