CALL TO ORDER
CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Animal Shelter Advisory
Committee under Citizen Comments by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Committee is restricted in discussing or taking
action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Oath of Office for new and returning committee members.
3. Consider the minutes of the June 5, 2019 Animal Shelter Advisory Committee meeting.
4 Review of shelter statistics for the quarter.
5. New building progress.
6. General shelter ops updates and event information.
