Lin a Huff Ci y Secretary i STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT CITY OF GRAPEVINE The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special Workshop Session on this the 11th day of August, 1994 at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the DFW Hilton Executive Conference Center, 1800 Highway 26 East, with the following members present to-wit: William D. Tate Mayor Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem Sharron Spencer Council Member Gil Traverse Council Member / Jerry L. T. Hardy Community Development Director Jerry Hodge Public Works Director Douglas Evans Parks & Recreation Director CALL TO ORDER Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. WORKSHOP City Manager Petty led the City Council in discussion of the establishment of a Teen Court with the Cities of Southlake and Colleyville and the Grapevine/Colleyville and Carroll Independent School Districts, as well as establishing a possible teen curfew. Mr. Petty presented an update on the appointment of a Citizen Advisory Board. He ' also presented information relative to a proposed Bond election in October, 1994 for consideration of an additional swimming pool, recreation center, street and drainage improvements, and possibly a new City Hall. Staff present gave a report on the Mustang Road Construction Project and the economic development program of the City. There was no formal action taken by the City Council. ' 08/11/94 ADJOURNMENT Mayor Pro Tem Ware, seconded by Council Member Pittman, offered a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:27 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes : Tate, Ware, Spencer, Traverse, Pittman & Wickman� 6c/!� /3��K5 Nays : None -- -- \A/ilh-+n4c PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 6th day of September , 1994.
