The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 4th day of December 2013, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200
South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present -to -wit:

Scott Williams

constituting a quorum with Darlene Freed absent and the following City Staff:

Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU13 -34 - RACETRAC
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU13 -34 submitted
by Adams Engineering for property located at 3955 Grapevine Mills Parkway and
platted as Lot 1, Block 1, RaceTrac Grapevine. The applicant was requesting a
conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU12 -24 (Ord. 12-
30) to allow the possess, storage, retail sales, and off - premise consumption of alcoholic
beverages (beer and wine only), gasoline service and outside dining in conjunction with
a convenience store, specifically to revise the site layout of the proposed convenience
store.
Mr. Triplett stated that the required parking on the site has not changed however the
provided parking has been reduced by five spaces.
After a brief discussion, Larry Oliver moved to approve conditional use application
CU13 -34. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None

Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
October 2, 2013,
Scott Williams moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of October
2, 2013. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 3:38 p.m.
