JAKE KANCAVICUS Mr. Jake Kancavicus, 3405 Lookout Court, expressed the Stonewood Addition homeowner's appreciation to the City Council and City Staff for working with the neighborhood to resolve the lot to lot drainage problems. ITEM 8. CONTRACT, STONEWOOD ADDITION STORM DRAIN SYSTEM, CLAFFEY ENTERPRISES, INC. Public Works Director Jerry Hodge requested award of a contract to Claffey Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $19,333.00 for the installation of 15" and 24" ADS storm drain pipe in the Stonewood Addition. The property is located south of Barberry Road and west of Parr Road. Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council Member Spencer, offered a motion to award the contract to Claffey Enterprises, Inc. Ordinance, Second and Final Reading, Zoning Application Z02-05 McPherson Townhomes Development Services Director recommended approval of the second and final reading of an ordinance approving Zoning Application Z02-05 filed by McPherson Townhomes granting rezoning of approximately 1.3 acres located at 2172 McPherson Drive from "R-MF-2" Multifamily District Regulations to "R-MF-1" Multifamily District Regulations.
