BACKGROUND Council Member Sharron Spencer has recommended the board and commission appointments be made at this time since the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners has no alternates available, the CVB vacancy exists due to the promotion of the previous Grand Hyatt General Manager and finally identifying an electrician willing to serve on the Building Board of Appeals.
