Parkway ##519, and consideration of same.

regular meeting.
B. site Plan Review Committee to consider the minutes of the December 7,
2011, regular meeting.

The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 11th day of January 2012, in the Development Services Director's Office, 200
South Main Street, First Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to-
wit:
Larry Oliver
Chair
Darlene Freed
Member
Scott Williams
Member
constituting a quorum and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh
Albert Triplett Jr.
Susan Batte
Planning and Development Manager
Planner
Planning Technician
Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU11 -36 - LEGOLAND DISCOVERY CENTER
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU11 -36 submitted
by Mitch Bernstein for property located at 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway #519 and
platted as Lot 1 R3, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Addition Phase 1, to amend the previously
approved site plan of CU10 -25 (Ord. 2010 -70) for a planned commercial center in
excess of 1,000,000 square feet of gross leasable space, specifically to modify the
building elevation of the mall and allow for an outdoor amusement feature associated
with Legoland Discovery Center.
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application
CU11 -36. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the revised Site Plan Review Committee
minutes of August 3, 2011.

SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE
JANUARY 11, 2012
Larry Oliver moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of August 3,
2011 as written. Scott Williams seconded the -motion, which prevailed by the following
vote:
Ayes:
Oliver and Williams
Nays:
None
Abstain:
Freed
Next for the Committee to consider were the revised Site Plan Review Committee
minutes of December 7, 2011.
Darlene Freed moved, to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
December 7, 2011 as written. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by
the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams
Nays: None

With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 3:40 p.m.
