The site Plan Review Committee of the city of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 8th day of February 2012, in the Development Services Directors office, 200
South Main Street, First Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to-
wit:

constituting a quorum and the following City staff:

Susan Batte
CALL TO ORDER

Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 5:84 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
SPECIAL USE APPLICATION SU12 -01 -CHESAPEAKE ENERGY
First for the Committee to consider was special use application SU12 --01 submitted by
Chesapeake Energy for property located at 1048 West Glade Road and platted as Lot
1, Block 1, Airport JV crossing Addition, to amend the previously approved site plan of
SU08 -04 (Ord. 2008 -50) for oil and gas well drilling, specifically to add seven new wells
to the site.
Staff stated that the frac pond is shown on the site plan in case it is needed, however,
the previous wells were fraced using a pond for the airport property.
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve special use application SU 12-
01. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
January 11, 2012.
Darlene Freed moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of January
11 1 2012 as written. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following
vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 5:35 p.m.
