City Manager Trent Petty called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. �

'� ITEM 1 . WORKSHOP
City Manager Petty led the City Council in discussion of the following topics: possible ;
annexation sites within the City, establishing tax abatement and development �
incentive policies, and creating an in-house economic development strategy through '�
cooperation with other City Council government entities and professional ',
organizations. '
� There was no formal action taken by the City Council. i
ADJOURNMENT '

Council Member Traverse, seconded by Council Member Wickman, offered a motion
' to close the meeting at 8:15 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote: �
