1 . City Council to conduct a closed session relative to contemplated litigation
(relative to Tarrant Appraisal District) under amendments to Article 6252-17,
V.A.T.C.S., Subsection 21e).

City Council to reconvene in open session and take any necessary action
relative to contemplated litigation (relative to Tarrant Appraisal District) under
amendments to Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S., Subsection 2(e).

� Mayor Tate announced the City Council would conduct a closed session relative to ,

� Upon reconvening in the Council Chambers, all members of the City Council were 4
