� City Manager Trent Petty led the City Council discussion regarding economic �
� development tax abatement policies, tax collection agency comparisons, proposed '
� annexations, possible bond election, and long term financial plan for the City.

; There was no formal action taken by the City Council.

� Mayor Pro Tem Ware, seconded by Council Member Pittman, offered a motion to
