CALL TO ORDER
CITIZEN COMMENTS
Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Animal Shelter
Advisory Committee under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by
completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Committee Secretary. A
member of the public may address the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee regarding
an item on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item,
upon being recognized by the Chairperson or upon the consent of the Committee. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Animal Shelter Advisory
Committee is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Consider the minutes of the December 16, 2019 Animal Shelter Advisory Committee
meeting.
3. Shelter operations related to construction and construction timeline/updates.

The Animal Shelter Advisory Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Regular Session on the 411 day
of March, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the Grapevine Public Safety Building Training Room,1007 Ira E Woods Ave.,
Grapevine, Texas 76051, with the following members present to -wit:
Dr. Tannetje' Crocker
Member, Veterinarian
Joy Mayo
Member, Grapevine Citizen
Sherri Olsen
Member, Grapevine Citizen

Member, Animal Welfare Representative
Nancy Snyder
Member, Grapevine Citizen

constituting a quorum, with member Larry Hallmark absent and the following liaison present:
Duff O'Dell, Grapevine City Council
CALL TO ORDER
Kristina Valentine called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.
ITEM 1. CITIZEN COMMENTS
No citizen comments submitted.
ITEM 2. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
The Committee was provided a copy of the December 16t', 2019 meeting minutes. Joy Mayo made a motion to
approve the minutes, and Nancy Snyder seconded. Motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Crocker, Mayo, Olsen, Price, Snyder, Valentine
Nays: None
Absent: Hallmark
ITEM 3. SHELTER OPS RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION/CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Update given to committee.
No action was taken by the Committee.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Nancy Snyder offered a motion to adjourn the
meeting at 2:06 p.m. and Joy Mayo seconded. Motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Crocker, Mayo, Olsen, Price, Snyder, Valentine
Nays: None
Absent: Hallmark
