A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING PERSONS NAMED
BELOW TO SIGN ON ALL ACCOUNTS AND
TRANSACTIONS WITH BANK OF THE WEST AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the persons named below are those persons who are hereby
authorized and empowered for and in the name and on the behalf of the City of
Grapevine, which is not in contravention of the City Charter, to sign in banking
transactions with Bank of the West until said Bank of the West has received notice in
writing that this authority, as to any or all of the persons whose names appear below,
has been revoked.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes Bruno Rumbelow, City
Manager, John F. McGrane, Administrative Services Director and Karen L. Walker,
Controller on all accounts with Bank of the West.

Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
