Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Historic Preservation
Commission under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen
Appearance Request form with staff. A member of the public may address the Historic
Preservation Commission regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the
Commission's consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chairman or upon
the consent of the Commission. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the
Commission is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.

A. Commission to hold a public hearing on Historic Landmark Overlay #HL20-01 for the
property located at 306 East Northwest Highway, legally described as Abstract 946, Tract
49H 49H1 and 49H1A, Leonard, Archibald F survey and take any action necessary.
B. Commission to hold a public hearing on Certificate of Appropriateness #CA20-08 f
property located at 306 East Northwest Highway, legally described as Abstract 94
Tract 49H 49H1 and 49H1A, Leonard, Archibald F survey and take any action necessary,
C. Commission to hold a public hearing on Certificate of Appropriateness #CA20-13 fl
property located at 600 West Wall Street, Legally described as Block 1, Lot 1, Centu
Oak Addition and take any action necessary.
