CALL TO ORDER: 7:30 p.m. — City Council Chambers
Due to the imminent threat to public health safety from the COVID-19 Virus,
Immediate action is required by the City of Grapevine.
Notice is hereby given that the following item will be added to the Joint City Council and
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for March 17, 2020:
6A. City Council to consider approving the extension of the Declaration of a Local
Disaster Due to Public Health Emergency, and take any necessary action.
The March 17, 2020 agenda was posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Law,
Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 on March 13, 2020.
In accordance with the Open Meetings Law, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 ,
I hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the official bulletin boards at
Grapevine City Hall, 200 South Main Street and on the City's website on March 17, 2020
