Use Request SU10-02 addressed as 1048 East Wall Street, and
consideration of same.

The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 5th day of May 2010, in the Development Services Director's Office, 200 South
Main Street, First Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present-to-wit:
Larry Oliver Chairman
Scott Williams Member
constituting a quorum with Darlene Freed absent and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh Planning and Development Manager
Albert Triplett Planner II
Susan Batte Planning Technician

Chairman Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 3:36 p.m.
, NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU10-07 - CLASSIC HUMMER
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU10-07 submitted
by Speed Fab Crete for property located at 2501 William D Tate Avenue and platted as
Lot 1 R2, Block 1 R1, Classic Hummer Addition. The applicant was requesting a
conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU10-01 (Ord.
2010-04) for a planned commercial center for an automotive dealership with the sale
and repair of new and used vehicles, specifically to allow the addition of a 157 parking
spaces,

Affer a brief discussion, Scott Williams moved to approve conditional use application
CU10-07. Scott Williams seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None
SPECIAL USE APPLICATION SU10-02 - CHESAPEAKE ENERGY
Next for the Committee to consider was special use application SU10-02 submitted by
Chesapeake Energy for property located at 1048 East Wall Street and platted as Lot 1,
- Block 1, Airport Crossing JV Addition. The applicant was requesting a special use
permit to amend the previously approved site plan of SU08-04 (Ord. 2008-59) for oil and
,, gas well drilling, specifically to add four new wells to the site

After a brief discussion, Scott Williams moved to approve special use application SU10-
� ° 02. Larry Oliver seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUT�S
Next for the Committee to consider were the �Site Pian Review Committee minu�s of
October 28, 2009.
Scott Williams moved to approve Site Plan Review Committee minut�s of October 28,
2009 as written. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following
vote:

ADJOURNMENT
