The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 2nd day of June 2010, in the Development Services Director's Office, 200 South
Main Street, First Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present-to-wit:
Darlene Freed Member
Scott Williams Member
constituting a quorum with Larry Oliver absent and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh Planning and Development Manager
Albert Triplett Planner II
Susan Batte Planning Technician
CALL TO ORDER
Darlene Freed called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS �
� SPECIAL USE APPLICATION SU10-03 - CHESAPEAKE ENERGY

First for the Committee to consider was special use application SU10-03 submitted by
Chesapeake Energy for property located at 3015 East Grapevine Mills Circle and
platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Wells Addition. The applicant was requesting
a special use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of SU09-06 (Ord. 2009-
48) for oil and gas well drilling, specifically to add eight new wells to the site.
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve special use application SU10-
03. Scott Williams seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Freed and Williams
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next�for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
May 5, 2010.
Scott Williams moved to approve Site Plan Review Committee minutes of May 5, 2010
