consideration of same.

The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 6th day of October 2010, in the Development Services Director's Office, 200
South Main Street, First Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present-to-
wit:
Larry Oliver Chair
Darlene Freed Member
constituting a quorum with Scott Williams absent and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh Planrting and Development Manager
Albert Triplett Planner II

CALL TO ORDER
Larry Oliver called the meeting.to order at 3:33 p.m.

°"""�" CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU10-26 - ROSSNF (GRAPEVINE MILLS MALI,)
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU10-26 submitted
by The Mills on property located at 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway #125 and platted as
Lot 1 R, Block 1 R, Grapevine Mills Addition, Phase 1. The applicant was requesting a
conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU06-42 (Ord. 06-
79) for a planned commercial center in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of gross
leasable space specifically to amend the exterior elevations and landscaping near the
southeast corner of the Grapevine Mills Mall.
After a brief discussion, Larry Oliver moved to approve conditional use application
CU10-26. Darlene Freed seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Freed
Nays: None
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU10-27 - COMPASS CHRISTIAN CHURCH
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU10-27 submitted
��.,,� by Compass Christian Church on property located at 4201 Pool Road and platted as Lot
2R, Block 1, Jemtex Addition. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to
� amend the previously appro�ed site plan of CU10-16 (Ord. 2010-39) to allow three non-

profit institutions in conjunction with a church in a district zoned "R-7.5" Single Family �-
District specifically to relocate the refuse storage area and revise the exterior elevations.
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application
CU10-27. Larry Oliver seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Freed
Nays: None
SPECIAL USE APPLICATION SU10-09 - CHESAPEAKE ENERGY
First for the Committee to consider was special use application SU10-09 submitted by
Chesapeake Energy on property located at 650 Westport Parkway and platted as Lot 1,
Block 1, Grapevine Mills Wells Addition. The applicant was requesting a special use
permit to amend the previously approved site plan of SU09-10 (Ord. 2010-06) for oil and
gas well drilling, specifically to add six new wells to the site.
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve special use application SU10-
27. Larry Oliver seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Freed �
Nays: None

Next for the Committee to consider were the revised Site Plan Review Committee
minutes of September 8, 2010.
Darlene Freed moved to approve the revised Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
September 8, 2010 as written. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by
the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Freed
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 3:35 p.m.
