Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use Request CU07-24 addressed as 1600 Fairway Drive, and consideration of same. B. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use Request CU07-25 addressed as 2030 Glade Road, #296, and consideration of same. C. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use Request CU07-28 addressed as 1200 William D. Tate Avenue, and consideration of x same. , III. MINUTES A. Site Plan Review Committee to consider the minutes of the June 26, 2007 and July 25, 2007, regular meetings. IV. PLANNER II DEVELOPMENT SERVICES SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE AUGUST 29, 2007 STATE OF TEXAS , COUNTY OF TARRANT CITY OF GRAPEVINE ���� The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on this the 29th day of August 2007, in the Development Services Director's Office, 200 South Main Street, First Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present-to- wit: Larry Oliver Chairman Roy Stewart Member Scott Williams Member constituting a quorum absent, and the following City Staff: Ron Stombaugh Planning and Development Manager Albert Triplett Jr. Planner Susan Batte Planning Technician CALL TO ORDER Chairman Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 3:40 p.m. ' CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU07-24 - COWBOY'S GOLF CLUB ° First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU07-24 submitted by NCA Architecture for property located at 1600 Fairway Drive. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU07-11, CU06-53, CU03-08 (Ord. 03-25) to allow the possession, storage, retail sale and on-premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks) in conjunction with a golf course and restaurant, specifically to allow the development of a club house addition and a new detached storage building. After a brief discussion, Roy Stewart moved to approve conditional use application CU07-24. Larry Oliver seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Stewart and Williams Nays: None CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU07-25 - BAYLEY'S Next for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU07-25 submitted by Jong Ju Choi for property located at 2030 Gfade Road #296 and platted as Lot 8R, Block 1, Mulberry Square Addition. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit � � to amend the previously approved site plan of CU02-38 (Ord. 02-72) for a planned commercial center with the possession, storage, retail sale and on-premise �� 082907 1 SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE AUGUST 29, 2007 consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks) in conjunction with a restaurant, specifically for the addition of a patio cover over the existing outdoor dining area. After a brief discussion, Scott Williams moved to approve conditional use application CU07-25. Roy Stewart seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Stewart and Williams Nays: None CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU07-28 - FERRARI'S Next for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU07-28 submitted by Francesco Secchi for property located at 1200 William D Tate Avenue and platted as Lot 3R, Block 1, Towne Center Addition. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU06-32 (Ord. 06-56) for a planned commercial center with the possession, storage, retail sale and on-premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks) in conjunction with a restaurant, specifically to revise the exterior elevations by adding an outdoor fireplace, fountains and gazebo, revise the landscape plan, and revise the monument sign location. After a brief discussion, Roy Stewart moved to approve conditional use application CU07-28. Scott Williams seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Stewart and Williams Nays: None CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of June 26, 2007 and July 25, 2007. Roy Stewart moved to approve Site Plan Review Committee minutes of June 26, 2007 and July 25, 2007.
