Watson opened the workshop session on the �; proposed 1990-91 budget. � ; - The City Council reviewed the proposed budgets of the following � departments: Convention & Visitors Bureau, General Fund � Revenues, Library, Public Works and Fleet Management. None s Absent: Pittman g, Public Works Director Jerry Hodge recommended approval of the � resolution requesting the State Highway Department to expedite the planning design and construction process for the � Farm-to-Market Highway 2499 and State Highway 121 interchange. � k City Council requested further investigations in order to provide � a southbound exit ramp from State Highway 121 to Bethel Road. s � Council discussion ensued relative to the accuracy of the map � presented tonight and the previous design maps agreed upon. � The caption of the proposed resolution was read into the record. � ¢ Council Member Spencer, seconded by Council Member Wickman, made a motion to approve the resolution.
