16/34 West) under amendments to Article 6252-17 , V.A.T.C.S. ,
Subsection 2 (e) .
City Council to reconvene in open session and take any

The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special �
Session on this the 13th day of March, 1990 at 11 :30 a.m. in
Conference Room #204 , 307 West Dallas Road, with the following £
members of the City Council present to-wit: �

constituting a quorum with Council Member Will Wickman absent, with

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 11 : 30 a.m. `
ITEM 1 . EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Tate announced the City Council would conduct a closed
session in Conference Room #204 to discuss contemplated litigation „
(relative to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board' s
decision relative to Runway 16/34 West) under amendments to Article ;;
� 6252-17 , V.A.T.C. S. , Subsection 2 (e) .

Upon reconvening in open session, City Manager Mark S. Watson "
announced there was no action necessary relative to contemplated �
� litigation (relative to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport !'
Board' s decision relative to Runway 16/34 West) under amendments to
Article 6252-17 , V.A.T.C.S. , Subsection 2 (e) . �

ADJOURNMENT t
Council Member Pittman offered a motion to adjourn the meeting at �
1 :00 p.m. The motion was seconded by Council Member Wilbanks and
prevailed by the following vote:
; Ayes . Tate, Ware, Spencer, Wilbanks, Traverse & Pittman �
Nays . None ;
Absent: Wickman �
