SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA WAS PREPARED AND POSTED ON THIS

The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special
Workshop Session on the the 24th day of April, 1990 at 6 : 30 p.m. at
DFW Airport Hilton and Executive Conference Center, 1800 Highway 26
East, Room 746 , Grapevine, Texas, with the following members
present to wit:

� Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem
C. Shane Wilbanks Council Member
Gil Traverse Council Member
Jerry L. Pittman Council Member
Will Wickman Council Member
� constituting a quorum, with Council Member Sharron Spencer absent,
� with the following members of the City Staff:

� Kelvin Knauf Assistant City Manager
Larry Koonce Finance Director
Linda Huff City Secretary
ITEM 1. BUDGETARY GOALS FY91
� The City Council reviewed and discussed their budgetary goals and
� objectives for the Fiscal Year 1991 . Summary charts for
9 departmental operations and services were reviewed by City Manager
' Mark S. Watson. Some of the issues discussed were: sidewalk
program, street lights, streets/repair, landscaping, Main Street
; improvements, park land in southern Grapevine, and the employee
' benefit program.
There was no formal action taken by the City Council.

; The workshop concluded at 8 :40 p.m.
