The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special
Session on this the Sth day of January, 1989 at 3 :30 p.m. in Chenin
Blanc I and II, Grapevine Convention Center, 1209 South Main
Street, with the following members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Mayor
iTed R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem
Jim Glynn Council Member
� Sharron Spencer Council Member
' C. Shane Wilbanks Council Member
Lynn R. Niedermeier Council Member '

CALL TO ORDER "
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 3 : 40 p.m.
ITEM 1 . EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Tate announced the City Council would conduct a closed
session to discuss personnel (interview applicants for the City w:
; Manager' s position) under amendments to Article 6252-17,
V.A.T.C. S. , Subsection 2 (g) .
The City Council reconvened in open session and all members of the
City Council were present. It was reported that no action was
j necessary due to the closed session. �.

There being no further business to discuss, Mayor Pro Tem Ware
I offered a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10: 05 p.m. Council r
Member Spencer seconded the motion which prevailed as follows: r"
